Clarion Events is continuing to closely monitor the latest public health and government advice in each of the markets where we operate around the world and we are carefully following their guidelines.

Our absolute priority is to safeguard the health and welfare of our exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, staff and all those involved in our events and, as such, a number of our events have been postponed or cancelled in line with local public health and government guidelines. Registering for the event

Is accommodation included in the ticket price? / How do I book accommodation?

Accommodation is not included in the price of your ticket, however we have secured preferential rates at the Andaz London Liverpool Street Hotel. Full details can be found in your confirmation email upon booking your event ticket. Find out more here

I can't make the event, can I just download the slides instead?

Presentation slides are only available to registered delegates. If you have purchased a ticket but can no longer make the event, the slides will be available for download 2 weeks after the event.

I cannot attend all days of the conference, can I buy a one day pass?

One day passes are issued on a case-by-case basis based on individual needs. Please contact to discuss your requirements.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Tickets are available on the day at the venue, however we offer our best rates in the lead up to the event. It is advised to book in advance to avoid paying an increased price for your ticket. Please see all ticket prices on the registration page.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

How do I get to the venue?   

Situated minutes from Liverpool Street station, the venue is easy to reach from a number of train, underground and bus routes. 

By underground from Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City or Metropolitan Line)

For exits from all underground lines follow signs for Liverpool Street mainline station. Once on the main concourse of the mainline station, looks for signs for Way Out 1 (Bishopsgate West) located next to platform 14. Take the escalator or stairs up to street level where you will see a Carphone Warehouse on the opposite side of the road. Turn left and take the next immediate left meaning you are now adjacent to the station. Walk straight towards the red brick building with large windows. Turn right to enter Bishopsgate, take the small escalator up to the first floor and walk straight along the walkway for approx. 1 min. Enter the gold double doors into the 155 Bishopsgate 1st floor reception. Turn left immediately and walk through the glass etc.venues curved reception doors.

Follow directions as above from the main concourse.

By London Cycle Scheme 

There are many "Boris Bike" docking stations within minutes of Liverpool Street station including on Bishopsgate. 

By Bus

155 Bishopsgate is served by many bus routes including 388, 242, 149, 135, 78, 48, 47, 42, 35, 26 and 8.


There is an NCP car park at Finsbury Square (EC2A 1AD). Please remember the venue sits within the congestion charge zone - for further information visit 



Is food included in the ticket price?

Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included in the price of your ticket.

I have specific dietary requirements, can these be accommodated?

We endeavour to cater to specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian, halal, gluten-free and vegan diets. Please contact if you have any concerns.

Where can I collect my badge? 

Your badge is available for collection from the registration desk.

Is free wi-fi available at event?

Free wi-fi is available for all those who attend Phacilitate events. Log in details can be found at the registration desk upon arrival.

Can you provide me with an invitation letter?

We are able to provide invitation letters in support of visa applications. Please email to request an invitation letter.

After the event

Where can I download the presentation slides?

Once the event is closed, you will receive an email from us with a web link to access the available presentation slides. You will need to fill a short post-event feedback survey to access these. 

Can I see the attendee list?

In order to comply with GDPR regulation, we are unable to share the full attendee list. However, a snapshot of job titles and company names will be available to download 4 weeks before the event.

Is the event CPD accredited?

This event is not currently CPD accredited, however, we can provide a letter of attendance post-event. Please email the registration office at if you wish to request one.

Where can I find my receipt?
